Writing is the most direct way: there is one person on the other side, and they read everything.
For anything at all — a question, a proposal, a collaboration — the address is [email protected]. Alberto Galassi answers, and runs the project as a private individual.
There is no switchboard and no customer service desk: replies come as soon as possible, usually within a few days.
Something is broken
For technical problems — a page that will not open, a sign-up that gets stuck, a book that will not save — the report form works better: it arrives with the page it was sent from, so it is quicker to see where to look.
Privacy and personal data
To exercise your rights over your data — access, rectification, erasure, objection — the same email address applies, and it is the contact given in the privacy policy, where you will also find the timescales and the procedure. No data protection officer has been appointed.
Deleting your account and exporting your data can also be done on your own, from your profile, without having to write to anyone.

The project posts new books and news on Instagram (serenlibrita2026) and Facebook (serenlibrita). Those are announcement channels: for anything that needs an answer, email is still better.
