What it is about

The story moves between two neighbourhoods and follows a book as it changes hands. We will not say more, and not to be mysterious: it is thirty chapters in 161 pages, easy to read in short stretches, and the rest belongs to whoever reads it.
What it has to do with this site
The novel grew out of a real project, and this is it. Serenlibrità, the site you are on, shows the books that people keep at home near you — as an area, never as an address — and lets you ask to borrow them.
The underlying idea is the same on both sides: the distance between two people who live a few blocks apart is much smaller than it looks. The site tries to shorten it for real, one book at a time; the novel tells it as a story.

It comes as a paperback (161 pages) and as a Kindle edition. It is self-published, with no publishing house behind it: for now you will find it on Amazon.
